Clinical review
Every composition is reviewed by a licensed clinician before it is prepared. Approval is not ceremonial: a clinician may adjust a dose or decline a composition outright. Nothing is prepared without that approval.
The formulator
Ianus, the house's formulator, is a frontier artificial intelligence. It composes from what you write — your history, your intentions, the bounds set by the house's clinical rules — and proposes to the milligram. It proposes; the clinician decides.
Preparation
Approved formulations are prepared only through a licensed pharmacy, compounded to the reviewed specification, sealed, and delivered under the house's mark.
Where we serve
IANUS is offered only where it can legally provide service, and only to eligible adults. If we cannot serve you lawfully, we will not serve you.
Privacy
What you write is held privately and read for one purpose: composing and reviewing your formulation. It is read by the formulator, by the licensed clinician and pharmacy who serve you, and by the small operations staff who administer the house. It is never sold.
