About ten minutes. Nothing is owed to begin.

Summer 2026
The IANUS press instrument — bone lacquer and brushed brass, standing on travertine

The instrument

One press. Nothing to measure, nothing to draw.

Each instrument arrives filled, sealed, and single-use — your week’s dose already inside. Only the fine needle is ever presented; everything else stays behind bone lacquer and brass.

The process

01

The intake

You write. Twenty questions, about ten minutes, answered at your own pace.

02

The composition

Ianus reads your intake whole and composes your formulation to the milligram. A licensed clinician approves it before anything is prepared.

03

The arrival

Prepared through a licensed pharmacy, sealed by hand, delivered under wax. One press, once a week.

The IANUS presentation box, lid ajar — four instruments and a sealed letter on oxblood velvet

The arrival

A month, sealed and set.

Your instruments arrive together — each fitted, each engraved, each spent once and set aside. A letter in ink accompanies the first.

A name waits for you

Antiphon

by IANUS · composed for one · Summer 2026

A name is composed for one, and one alone. Yours is not written yet.

The standard

Every composition is reviewed by a licensed clinician before it is prepared.

Preparation and fulfillment are through a licensed pharmacy.

IANUS is offered only where it can legally provide service.

What you write is held privately, and read only to compose and review your formulation.

The formulator

Ianus, the house’s formulator, reads your intake whole — what you wrote, and how — and composes to the milligram. Nothing it composes is prepared without a licensed clinician’s approval.

The atelier

Small batches, sealed by hand. A note in ink, never printed. What leaves the atelier exists nowhere else.

Meet the one you intend.

A licensed clinician decides every formulation. Nothing is owed until you accept yours.
