What we collect
Your intake: the answers you write, including medical history you choose to share. Your email address, for correspondence. If you place a request, a shipping address. Nothing else is asked of you, and no payment details are collected on this site. As with any service, our servers record routine technical data — the network address a request arrives from — used for rate limiting and security, and never joined to your medical answers.
Medical information
Your medical answers exist for exactly one purpose: composing your formulation and reviewing it clinically. They are read by Ianus, the house's formulator — a frontier artificial intelligence, which processes them through its provider under terms that forbid training on them — and by the licensed clinician, the pharmacy, and the small operations staff who serve you. They are never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared beyond that circle. Medical answers are not written into analytics or marketing systems.
In your browser
Your intake answers are held in memory only while you write, and leave this device when the correspondence is presented or the tab is closed. They are not written into browser storage. If you close the tab mid-intake, the correspondence starts fresh — by design.
Keeping and removing
Intakes and formulations are retained while your relationship with the house is open, and as law requires for prescription records. To have your information removed or corrected, or to receive a copy of it, write to the concierge — the request is honored as fully as prescription record-keeping law allows.
